Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never hold your password in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an automatic lock and an alert to your registered mobile number.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. After your account is closed, personal data is purged within the statutory retention window unless a legal hold applies.
